	Overview History Fleet Locations News Investor Relations Careers Contact Us	Orion Marine Group has a rich history spanning almost 80 years to a diverse customer base of both private and public customers delivering high quality marine construction solutions that meet clients' expectations in even the most challenging projects. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Orion Marine Group has strategically located bases across the Gulf Coast, the Atlantic Seaboard and the Pac-Northwest to provide quick turn services for all its customers' needs. Even more, Orion Marine Group is continuing to expand its geographical foot print in the Gulf Coast, Atlantic Seaboard, West Coast, Canada and Caribbean Basin. In the future, Orion Marine Group will look beyond its current strategic marketplace as it expands to provide even more services. Below is a timeline of significant events since the company was formed in 1994.

			Historical Timeline
			■ 1994 - Orion Construction founded
			■ 1997 - Acquired Mid-Gulf Industrial to establish Texas Gulf Coast base
			■ 1998 - Acquired King Fisher Marine Service adding dredging capabilities to the Gulf Coast
			■ 2001 - Acquired Inter-Bay Marine to establish Florida base
			■ 2002 - Acquired Misener Marine Construction to strengthen Florida base and enhance Caribbean expertise
			■ 2003 - Branded as Orion Marine Group
			■ 2006 - Expanded Misener Marine Construction by adding an office in Jacksonville, FL
			■ 2006 - Acquired F. Miller Construction to establish Louisiana base
			■ 2007 - Expanded Orion Construction by adding an office in Corpus Christi, TX
			■ 2008 - Established dredging capabilities from the acquired assets of a private company adding dredging capabilities to the Eastern Seaboard later branded Orion Dredging Services
			■ 2008 - Expanded Misener Marine Construction by adding offices in the Norfolk, VA area, Savannah, GA, and Charleston, SC
			■ 2009 - Expanded F. Miller Construction by adding and office in the New Orleans, LA area
			■ 2010 - Acquired T.W. LaQuay Dredging to further enhance dredging assets for all market areas
			■ 2010 - Established Northwest Marine Construction by acquiring the assets of a private marine construction company allowing expansion into the Pacific Northwest
			■ 2011 - Subsidiaries rebranded under the Orion Marine Group logo
